Our experience has shown us that business owners sometimes do not negotiate well enough the selling price and the guarantees and other conditions, especially when the buyer is an investment fund or a large multinational group that tries to dominate the negotiation process and may seem intimidating. A seasoned and professional buyer will generally seek to include many essential guarantees that may sometimes be unknown to a novice seller who might tend to easily accept a deal when the offered price seems appealing. Unfortunately, the seller remains at risk for 3-5 years on average. Our professional advice will help you to maximize your profit while reducing your risks.
